The focus lies on collecting material, narrating something about the actual condition of the world according to points of interest.
The material is the basis for:
* comics, series of drawings and montages in printmedia
* paintings, installations and performances in exhibitions
1991–1998 actor and protagonist at the artist’s collective FOND, Graz
In 2000 founding of TONTO-COMICS. Since 2001 maintaining this project as an artist’s group together with Helmut Kaplan; Michael Jordan joined up in 2003.
2007–2010 working at the programmatic forum of Forum Stadtpark (Graz) as curator for comics and congeners
From 2002 onwards increasing interest in musical projects: at first videos for Laleloo (Robert Lepenik and Bernhard Lang), later and up to today concertante mini scenarios with the duo STROBLAK (Edda Strobl, Renate Oblak)
Since 2008 studio at the SCHAUMBAD – freies Atelierhaus Graz
2010–14 teachings at the University for Applied Arts Vienna (Institute for the Art of Language), Technical University Graz (Architecture, Institute for Contemporary Art)
Foreign exchange scholarship of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Arts in London (1996) and in Chicago (2000), Art Award of the City of Graz (1999)
Artwork shown in catalogues, solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad
